In 22 of Dec, we started our new Pop up School in one of the outskirt village called Shekhidre where 60 IDP’s family live in uncompleted buildings and tents. The Pop up will be one day per a week for two months in which the kids will have English lessons, hygiene lessons, art lessons, explores lessons, PE, play games , sing songs and dance . In the first day more than 50 kids gathered around us and welcomed us warmly. The kids were amazing. They were thrilled about the program, since it’s a first kids program in that village , No NGO has ever did such programs for the kids out there during four years of displacement. Volunteers and staff made a great contact with kids, they built a safe and joyful environment for the kids. On the second day, kids number reached 60. We will continue to bring education to people who have no or very limited chance. Thanks for EDGE Institute to sponsor this session.
